In collaboration with INJAZ, a local nonprofit, United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC) — a leader in commercial real estate and facilities management — has conducted numerous Job Shadowing workshops. These sessions, targeting students from various educational institutions across Kuwait, such as Kuwait International English School, the American Academy for Girls, and the American Creativity Academy – Girls Campus, provide valuable insights into the professional world.
During these workshops, UPAC’s volunteer representatives from various departments share insights about their roles, responsibilities, and experiences. They also provide information on the company’s structure, business nature, and conduct site tours. These activities are designed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of UPAC’s business and its airport operations.
These workshops are instrumental in helping students define their own career paths and academic direction, aiding their transition from education to the professional sphere after graduation.
