KWEEP marked a major milestone with the launch of its Mentorship Program with PLAYBOOK and Future Women Leaders workshops at a full‑day event hosted at Al Hamra Business Tower. The day featured the signing of an MoU with global leadership platform PLAYBOOK and two inaugural workshops facilitated by Kuwait‑based consultancy Edvantage, welcoming over 100 women from 19 companies.
Both initiatives aim to strengthen the pipeline of women leaders in Kuwait’s private sector by offering flexible mentorship opportunities, expert‑led training, and practical career development tools.
