Following a groupwide survey which was launched in early 2024, targeting women in technical divisions where the gender gap is prevalent, Zain has identified key focus areas to target for women in tech: community building, coaching, and development in confidence, self-awareness, and personal power.
The NOVA Program is a corporate initiative designed to empower women in technology by providing them with the necessary skills, mentorship, and opportunities to excel in their careers. It focuses on fostering leadership, innovation, and technical expertise through structured learning modules, coaching from industry experts, and hands-on projects.
