Once a month, groups of 10 – 12 aspiring female employees, accompanied by one or two female executives from the bank would meet in a discussion circle that fosters open and honest communication, build relationships and create a space for the women to listen and learn from one another. Guest speakers are invited to these sessions including highflyers from Gulf Bank employees with inspiring stories. The sessions take place outside the bank premises and after working hours with a variety of timings (to make sure we meet the majority’s convenience). The discussion circles are a powerful tool to promote empathy, understanding and personal growth.
