Zain celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8th, 2023 by hosting a panel on equity and innovation with the participation of Zain Kuwait CEO Eaman AlRoudhan to reemphasize on the importance of Gender Equity in the workplace.
Zainers who had played a vital role in gender diversity and inclusion and acted as allies to others within the workforce were awarded with tokens of appreciation.
The day was concluded by a Super Sprint run by inviting employees to a four-hour ideation workshop specifically dedicated to ideas that directly tackle gender gaps within Zain to be potentially implemented within the organization upon selection.
