WE, is our Gender diversity and inclusion program initially launched under the name Women Empowerment. This was later modified to WE, broadening its inclusion credentials, and shifting the focus to gender equality rather than just women empowerment.

Since 2017, the program has worked on increasing female employees in leadership positions to 25% of overall leadership, certifying women in Data Science and selecting women ambassadors to attend ESADE Business School to attain an Executive MBA degree. Zain has implemented numerous strategic programs focused on achieving its targets.
